Their next workshop will be held Wednesday 30th October - Friday 1st November 2013 inclusive
The StemCore and Cell Reprogramming Australia iPS Cell workshop is aimed at giving participants both practical experience with generation, identification and analysis of iPS cells (practical component); and to provide theoretical background of the fast developing field of iPS cell research (lecture component).These comprehensive training workshops provide hands-on, laboratory-based training accompanied by a series of lectures from Australia’s leading stem cell scientists. The workshops deal with derivation of induced pluripotent stem cell lines (iPS) and their subsequent passaging, manipulation, daily maintenance and characterisation.
