FREE Public Forum: Kick Start Healthy Ageing

It is never too late to improve your health.  Understand how you can kick start healthy ageing through this free public forum.

The Aged Care Psychiatry Service at the Prince of Wales Hospital, in conjunction with the Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing (CHeBA), is hosting a free public forum to address some of the key factors that contribute to healthy ageing. The forum will focus on the insights of the experts on the relation between healthy ageing and sleep, social connectedness, exercise, use of medication and food intake, followed by a panel discussion to answer your questions and provide information about local services.
