Angie Russell BSocSci (Hons) is the Centre Manager of the Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing (CHeBA). She has worked closely with Scientia Professor Perminder Sachdev since 2001. In 2012 Angie worked with Perminder and Scientia Professor Henry Brodaty to transition the Brain & Ageing Research Program into a vibrant and proactive research centre - CHeBA. With the commencement of CHeBA, Angie undertook responsibility for the efficient and effective functioning of all operational aspects of the Centre as well as delivery of high quality support services, effective strategic planning, and change management. She provides high quality editorial assistance and input on research manuscripts as well as research plans for NHMRC/ARC grant applications particularly, and other grant submissions. She is the key contact point for, and coordinator of, 10+ participating Chief and Associate investigators on any one grant. She also manages post-Award aspects of successful grants. Angie seeks to promote a consultative and collaborative working environment.
