(1) Dementias (including late-onset Alzheimer's disease), MCI, and age-related cognitive decline; (2) Emotional health, IADLs, blood pressure, anthropometric measures, cardiovascular status, and selected biomarkers (lipids, amyloid β peptides, sex hormones, homocysteine, insulin, and C-reactive protein); (3) Subgroups with MRI and PET scans. |
