Summary

Setting: South Limburg, The Netherlands
Start Date: 1993
End Date: 2010
Participants: 1823 individuals aged 24-81 years (baseline)
Assessment Schedule: Full assessments at basline, and after 6 and 12 years. Additional full assessment 45+ after 3 years. Questionnaires only after 9 years.
Measures: (1) Neuropsychiatric assessments assessing dementia, MCI and cognitive decline; (2) Broad range of sociodemographic, lifestyle and physical and mental health factors; (3) Subgroups with blood samples and genotyping, structural MRI scans
