Setting: South East and South West Region of Singapore

Participants: 2804 (SLASI) and 2796 (SLASII) individuals aged 55+ years
Assessment Schedule: Baseline, follow-ups including 1-2 and 4 years
Measures:

(1) Neuropsychiatric and neuropsychiatric assessments assessing dementia, MCI and cognitive decline; (2) Broad range of socioeconomic, psychosocial, behavioural, biological, clinical and nutritional factors; (3) Blood samples and genotyping; (4) Subgroups with structural and functional brain imaging.
