Mnemoscape: a study of digital lifelog images as memory cues

Are You Able to Participate in a Research Study?

Who is eligible to participate?

In collaboration with psychologists, researchers at UNSW’s School of Art and Design are looking for healthy adults aged over 65 to participate in a study testing the effectiveness of different forms of photography in improving memory recall.

What is involved in this study?

The study involves a visit to a park in La Perouse in a group of three, followed by two recall sessions at the multimedia lab in Paddington over the following two weeks. In these recall sessions participants will be invited to look at photographs of the La Perouse visit via a standard laptop interface or a 3D immersive large screen interface. Participants will be reimbursed with a one-off fee of $100 for their time.
