Participants: 6983 individuals aged 65+ years
Assessment Schedule: Comprehebsive surveys of cognitive function in 1985, 1992, 1998, 2005, 2012. Follow-ups using daily monitoring system, regular health checks, and letters or telephone calls.
Measures:

(1) Dementia and its subtypes, MCI, cognitive function and decline; (2) ADLs and broad range of sociodemographic, lifestyle and cardiovascular risk factors.
