Participants: 8468 adults aged 50+ years at baseline
Assessment Schedule: Baseline (2013-2016); followed-up for mortality until May 31, 2020
Measures: (1) Cognitive assessment (MoCA) and ADLs; (2) Depression (CES-D); (3) Medical history and lifestyle; (4) Physical exam and blood tests; (5) Retinal imaging
