Start Date: 1997
End Date: Cognitive function over 5 years till 2004, mortality till 2015 
Participants: 599 participants, all 85 years at baseline
Assessment Schedule: Annual interviews at home at age 85, 86, 87, 88, 89 and 90
Measures: (1) Neuropsychiatric and cognitive tests; (2) Clinical diagnosis of dementia; (3) Depression; (4) Broad range of sociodemographic data, lifestyle, functional status, QoL; (5) Health parameters: diseases, complaints, diagnosis, health care use; (6) Blood samples and genotyping; (7) Causes of death
