Neuroimaging - Data for Public

The connectivity data of all cognitively healthy elderly subjects as analysed by Perry et al (http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2015.04.009), collected as part of the Sydney Memory and Ageing Study (MAS), is publicly available. Available for download is a zip file which contains 3 files (matlab software is required for the matrices):

  •     The raw fiber connectivity
  •     The mean fiber lengths of anatomical connections
  •     The anatomical parcellation employed.

Authors using the elderly connectivity data within their work are required to cite the following article : Perry, A., et al., The organisation of the elderly connectome, NeuroImage (2015), http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2015.04.009.

Researchers also wishing to access other demographic and health information collected as part of the MAS, are required to make a request to the data manager, which is to be reviewed by the MAS Committee.
